Cayenne Pepper and Lemon Juice Detox Diet
When you go on a lemon juice detox diet, you keep to it for a fixed number of days, like the 7-day plan or the 14-day plan. You will gain some nutritious calories from the fruit juice and maple syrup in the lemon juice and cayenne pepper diet, but many dieters find this plan hard to follow beyond a day or two.

There could be certain side effects of a lemon juice diet plan on your body, especially in the beginning. It is better to consult a doctor before you start, but even then headaches or a general weakness could occur in the beginning.
