Probably the most successful ingredient of an orange juice diet would be a juicer. With a juicer, you will always be sure that you get the freshest juice from the orange. The rich vitamins found in an orange that are often eradicated when orange juice is unnaturally processed will be retained.
Another thing that needs to be understood is that orange juice (whether processed or natural) contains calories and without a calorie deficit a diet will not shed weight. Unfortunately, many people assume that because an orange juice diet is healthy they can drink as much orange juice as they want. This is disastrous internal logic as overdoing liquid calories will lead to a rapid weight gain – so avoid it!
